- Our macOS apps have no third party analytics packages, and we don't track your usage of them.
- Our macOS apps contain no third party libraries except those required for license management and payment (Paddle) and keeping them up to date (Sparkle).
- Our macOS apps don't store any personal data that's not required to provide you with the function the app is perfoming.
- Our third-party order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all of these orders.
App Specific Terms
Menubar Powerall Monitor
Menubar Powerwall Monitor requests your Tesla account details so that it can check the status of your Powerwall through Tesla's servers. These account details are stored securely in your macOS Keychain and only ever sent to Tesla for authentication purposes.
During the order process you will be asked for an email address, country and post code. The email address is required for licensing purposes, and we won't ever share it with anyone or use it to contact you unless you contact us first. The country and post code are required to determine what currency to charge you in and if any sales tax should be applied. These details along with your transaction details will be stored by Paddle and are available to us, however we will only ever use them when you contact us about anything related to your license or the purchasing process.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Updates
We may need to update this Policy to reflect changes in our apps, our business and applicable laws. We will post any revisions to this Policy on our website. Your continuation of use of our apps after any change means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the new Privacy Policy.
